I have found this very cool tool. You can even make money with it but for the most part it is a very inexpensive way to advertise. The CycloneCycler allows you to email all the members four times with whatever you want to promote. Now I am sure there will be some restrictions you know, no garbage. You start by signing up and paying just $5.95 one time. As you tell others about this great tool you could be making money from them. That is how I was able to send 4 emails to the entire group. Everyone in Customer Support should watch this video, but first read my post then watch the video below.

I posted this today after watching a video.

I am glad that someone took the time to make this video. It is very well done and it should be shown to every customer support person in the world. Sometimes I hang up (I do say good bye) on customer support because they are so negative on the phone. That goes for online tech support also. You can tel the support person does not have a good attitude by how short and useless the reply is to my question. Online bad support will cost you 24 to 48 hours before the correct support is given.  Because I get this type of bad support I do not buy from the company again and cancel any and all subscriptions. I am happy to say there are some great tech support people out their but not many from my experience.

Well now that Sunday is over and you can start growing your fingernails back, how does your brackets look I watched the U of L Cardinals and I can say ahhhh I am glad that’s over. I am pleased with the way Siena played. They did deserve to be in the NCAA playoffs. Now lets see U of L needs to win their next game to show the rest of the unbelievers they also do deserve to be ranked No. 1 in both the AP and ESPN/USA Today pols. My brothers used to tutor the basketball and football team back in …. well that was a long time ago. You know Scooter McCray, Rodney McCray, Darrell Griffith (Dr. Dunkenstein), Joe Jacoby and many others. I have always liked to watch the games. I was not to upset when they lost it was just fun to see people that could play and play well. Or really just better than us in the driveway. I hope that everyone is enjoying the games I sure have.
