Everyone in Customer Support should watch this video, but first read my post then watch the video below.
I posted this today after watching a video.
I am glad that someone took the time to make this video. It is very well done and it should be shown to every customer support person in the world. Sometimes I hang up (I do say good bye) on customer support because they are so negative on the phone. That goes for online tech support also. You can tel the support person does not have a good attitude by how short and useless the reply is to my question. Online bad support will cost you 24 to 48 hours before the correct support is given. Because I get this type of bad support I do not buy from the company again and cancel any and all subscriptions. I am happy to say there are some great tech support people out their but not many from my experience.

March Madness is still moving on but without the the Cards. I could not watch the last 3 min. of the game. To sad for the team, they had the ability but the Spartans figured out how to stop them and stop them they did. Watch CBS Videos Online

just that madness. I watched the Louisville Cards win their game as they should have.
The best game I watched was the Ohio Sate vs. Siena. Wow what a game. Both teams played hard and in double OT Siena pulled it out with a 3 point shot from Ronald Moore. Watch CBS Videos Online
I guess President Obama has kept it bracket looking good with the Louisville Cards winning their game but what about the Siena win. Is your bracket holding up? Or are you already looking to baseball?

Well about now you are saying things like “xxxxx happened to….” or “those stupid xxxxx” how can they call that playing basketball. How about “Ooohh great there goes my bracket. Some of you are saying I am the greatest I got all of them right. Well I have you beat…. I didn’t fill out a bracket this year. Why, I just want to sit back and enjoy watching the games and listening to all my friends agonize over their bracket sheets. I have to say I do miss not filling one out. I will next time.
How about the biggest upset so far WKU over Ill. and guess what they are from my home state Kentucky. Seams like each year they pull something out of their hat. I hope everyone has fun while watching March Madness.
