I have found a system that shows you how to not only Flip your site (sell it) but build it as well. I went through a mini version of his coarse and I think it was the best one yet. I have not sold any of my sites as of this post. But I can tell you that if you want to have someone lead you by the hand on how to do it all from start to finish this is the system to use. I want to tell you some things about the lessons in the coarse first.

The best part of the coarse was the fact that it was short and to the point. Not only where the lessons in text form but for most of the sections a video and an audio are included. You will go from nothing to having a site with a product on Clickbank ready to sell.

To give you an idea how short the mini coarse was I read through the whole thing in one day. I was able to do this while working on other things in my office so I would say I read through it in less than eight hours. So if you add doing the lessons I could have done it in two to three days easy. But the coarse was set up to do in eight days for the you would have time to complete each task. Another thing I liked about the coarse was at the end of each section you where invited to contact them to ask questions. Besides that if needed they where willing to make a video showing you how to do the part you had a question about.
