Customer Support?

Everyone in Customer Support should watch this video, but first read my post then watch the video below.

I posted this today after watching a video.

I am glad that someone took the time to make this video. It is very well done and it should be shown to every customer support person in the world. Sometimes I hang up (I do say good bye) on customer support because they are so negative on the phone. That goes for online tech support also. You can tel the support person does not have a good attitude by how short and useless the reply is to my question. Online bad support will cost you 24 to 48 hours before the correct support is given.  Because I get this type of bad support I do not buy from the company again and cancel any and all subscriptions. I am happy to say there are some great tech support people out their but not many from my experience.
