I have found a system that shows you how to not only Flip your site (sell it) but build it as well. I went through a mini version of his coarse and I think it was the best one yet. I have not sold any of my sites as of this post. But I can tell you that if you want to have someone lead you by the hand on how to do it all from start to finish this is the system to use.
